Abstract

Korijeni lopatica vjetroagregata trpe opterećenja koja su posljedica nejednolike distribucije vjetra na rotoru vjetroagregata. Nejednolika distribucija vjetra uzrokovana je različitim efektima, prvenstveno vertikalnim i horizontalnim profilom vjetra te otklonom gondole. Opterećenja su periodična s frekvencijama koje su višekratnici brzine vrtnje rotora. Budući da su opterećenja ovisna o azimutu rotora za sintezu sustava upravljanja s ciljem smanjenja periodičnih strukturnih opterećenja konstrukcije koristi d-q transformacija. Spomenutom transformacijom vrši se pretvorba linearnog vremenski promjenjivog sustava u linearan vremenski nepromjenjiv sustav za koji su poznate metode sinteze sustava automatskog upravljanja. U radu je provedena sinteza regulatora za individualno zakretanje lopatica vjetroagregata kojim se smanjuju strukturna opterećenja u korijenima lopatica na prvom harmoniku. Parametri regulatora su dobiveni Ziegler-Nicholsovom metodom razmatranjem prijenosnih funkcija. Projektirani sustav upravljanja individualnim zakretenjam lopatica validiran je u aero-elastičnom simulatoru FAST.

Abstract (english)

Wind turbine blade root loadings are caused by a non-uniform wind distribution on the wind turbine rotor. The Non-uniform wind distribution is caused by a vertical wind profile and deflection of the wind turbine nacelle. The blade root loadings are periodic with frequencies that are multiples of the wind turbine rotational speed. Since the loads are azimuth-dependent, d-q transformation is used to obtain model of the process for the controller synthesis. Respective transformation is used to convert a linear time-variant system to a linear time-invariant form for which numerous controller design methods exist. Here an individual pitch controller is designed for a megawatt scale wind turbine. The developed controller reduces the structural loads experienced at the blade roots due to the first harmonic of period loadings. The controller is tuned by the Ziegler–Nichols method. The overall control system is validated in the simulation environment exploiting aero-elastic simulator FAST.
