Abstract

Ovaj rad opisuje projektiranje i realizaciju laboratorijske makete za prikaz rada prekidačkih izvora napajanja. Projektiranje same makete bilo je provedeno u nekoliko faza: odabir koje prekidačke izvore napajanja prikazati, odabir regulatora za upravljanje istih, proučavanje preporučenih shema sklopova proizvođača regulatora i prilagodba istih za laboratorijsku maketu, određivanje karakterističnih struja i napona prekidačkih izvora napajanja realizacija njihovog senziranja i proračun komponenata. Laboratorijska maketa realizirana je na dvoslojnoj tiskanoj pločici dimenzija 180mm x 110mm i većinom komponentama za površinsku montažu iako zbog zahtjeva za većom snagom ili lakše dobavljivosti određene komponente su sa žičanim izvodima. Laboratorijskom maketom prikazani su sklop za korekciju faktora snage koji ima implementiran uzlazni istosmjerni pretvarač, silazni istosmjerni pretvarač, zaporni istosmjerni pretvarač s galvanskom izolacijom i protutaktni istosmjerni pretvarač s galvanskom izolacijom, a odabrani regulatori su UC3854B, TPS40200, UCC28600 i LM5037. Od ostalih sklopova korišten je još regulator LM3411 u galvanski odvojenoj povratnoj vezi i pojačalo LMP8645HV za senziranje karakterističnih valnih oblika struje. Dodavanjem testnih točaka i senziranjem struja mogu se vidjeti svi karakteristični valni oblici prekidačkih izvora napajanja.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the design and implementation of laboratory model for working demonstration of switching power supplies. Design of the model was carried out in several stages: the selection of switched-mode power supply, select the controller to manage them, the study recommended scheme assemblies manufacturers and regulators adaptation thereof for laboratory model, the determination of the characteristic current and voltage switched-mode power supply implementation of their sense and budget components . Laboratory model is implemented on a two-layer printed circuit board measuring 180mm x 110mm, and most of the components are in surface mount technology except for a few that are in through-hole technology. This model show us power factor correction device, which has implemented a boost converter, buck converter, Flyback converter and Push-pull converter and them regulators are UC3854B, TPS40200, UCC28600 and LM5037. Other IC used in model are controller LM3411 and amplifier LMP8645HV for current sense. Adding test points and current sense can see all the typical waveforms of switched-mode power supply.
