Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu, Razvoj robotiziranog postrojenja za biorazgradnju otpada, te je razvijen sustav za označavanje objekata u radnom prostoru robota pomoću Kalipena, razvijen je sustav za manipulaciju i konekciju komora za uzgajenje crnih vojničkih muha. Sustav se pokazao dovoljno preciznim za manipulaciju komorama i njihovim povezivanjem. Postavljen je temelj i razvijen prototip automatiziranog sustava za uzgoj crnih vojničkih muha koristeći robotsku manipulaciju tijekom različitih faza njihovog životnog ciklusa. Ovaj sustav ima veliki potencijal za smanjenje potrebe za ljudskom radnom snagom i povećanje efikasnosti proizvodnje. Implementacija robotskih manipulatora omogućuje optimizaciju procesa uz minimalnu ljudsku intervenciju, što je ključno za konkurentnost u industriji stočne hrane. Ovaj rad predstavlja značajan iskorak u automatizaciji sustava za uzgoj crnih vojničkih muha, postavljajući čvrste temelje za daljnji tehnološki razvoj i optimizaciju.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis presents the Development of a robotic facility for waste biodegradation. The system was developed for marking objects in the robot’s workspace using the Kalipen, along with a system for manipulating and connecting chambers for breeding black soldier flies. The system has proven to be precise enough for the manipulation and connection of chambers. A foundation was laid, and a prototype of an automated system for breeding black soldier flies was developed, utilizing robotic manipulation during different stages of their life cycle. This system has great potential to reduce the need for human labor and increase production efficiency. The implementation of robotic manipulators has enabled process optimization with minimal human intervention, which is crucial for maintaining competitiveness in the livestock feed industry. This thesis represents a significant step forward in automating black soldier fly farming systems, laying a solid foundation for further technological development and optimization.
