Abstract

Europska unija podupire formiranje energetskih zajednica kao jedan od načina za povećanje udjela obnovljivih izvora energije i smanjenje ukupnih energetskih troškova, dok time istovremeno potiče krajnje korisnike kao aktivne sudionike na tržištu električne energije. Energetske zajednice često uključuju različite potrošače, poput kućanstava i poduzetništva, koji posjeduju fotonaponske elektrane i baterijske spremnike te upravljive električne uređaje.
U radu su napravljeni i opisani pregledi modela za upravljanje energetskim zajednicama te modela energetskih sustava korištenih u zajednicama. U praktičnom dijelu rada napravljen je model upravljanja energetskom zajednicom čiji članovi koriste fotonaponske panele, baterijske spremnike te upravljive uređaje poput dizalica topline i električnih vozila. Model je implementiran u programskom jeziku Python koristeći programske knjižnice pandas, gurobipy i pvlib. Model je evaluiran s obzirom na karakteristične scenarije potrošnje i proizvodnje električne energije, modele naplaćivanja električne energije i godišnja doba te je interpretirano kako dani čimbenici utječu na fleksibilnost i troškove električne energije zajednice.

Abstract (english)

The European Union supports the formation of energy communities to increase the share of renewable energy sources and reduce overall energy costs, while simultaneously encouraging end-users to participate actively in the electricity market. Energy communities often include various consumers, such as households and businesses, that own photovoltaic power plants and battery storage, as well as controllable electrical devices.
This paper provides a review of models for managing energy communities and energy system models used within these communities. In the practical part of the paper, a management model for an energy community was developed. The model was implemented in the Python programming language using the pandas, gurobipy, and pvlib libraries. The model was evaluated based on characteristic scenarios of electricity consumption and production, electricity pricing models, and seasons of the year. It was interpreted how these factors affect the flexibility and costs of the community's electricity.
