Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je prikazati način na koji bi se smanjilo opterećenje zdravstvenih sustava u području radiologije te pomoći radiolozima u njihovom radu u ranom prepoznavanju raka pluća iz CT slika pluća. U tu svrhu napravljene su dvije neuronske mreže, jedna za segmentaciju, a druga za klasifikaciju CT slika pluća. Mreža za segmentaciju napravljena je po uzoru na U-Net arhitekturu i postiže vrijednost dice koeficijenta od 79.98% dok je za zadatak klasifikacije korištena GoogLeNet mreža koja... Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper is to show the way to reduce the burden on healthcare systems in the field of radiology and to help radiologists in their work in the early recognition of lung cancer from lung CT images. For this purpose, two neural networks were created, one for segmentation and the other for classification of lung CT images.
