Abstract

U ovom radu opisana je izrada web aplikacije za analizu bioinformatičkih podataka
i pokretanje bioinformatičkih procesa uz pomoć vanjskih alata kao što su: minimap2,
Flye, BCFtools i drugi. Aplikacija je napravljena kako bi premostila izazove s kojima se
korisnici susreću prilikom korištenja navedenih alata. Glavni izazovi prilikom korištenja
su nedostatak intuitivnog grafičkog sučelja, kompleksnost kombiniranja različitih alata
i procesa kako bi se dobili željeni rezultati te potreba za... More velikim računalnim resursima.
Aplikacija nudi intuitivno grafičko sučelje za pokretanje procesa, mogućnost pohrane
datoteka na udaljenom serveru, mogućnost grafičke analize rezultata pomoću IGV preglednika

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the development of aweb application for analyzing bioinformatics
data and running bioinformatics processes using external tools such as minimap2,
Flye, BCFtools, and others. The application was created to overcome challenges that
users face when using these tools. The main challenges include the lack of an intuitive
graphical interface, the complexity of combining different tools and processes to obtain
