Abstract

U diplomskim radu opisana su nosiva računala, koja je motivacija njihovog istraživanja u kontekstu razvoja programskih rješenja za osobe sa složenim komunikacijskim potrebama te je definiran i opisan model aplikacije za pametni sat namijenjene korisnicima potpomognute komunikacije zasnovane na simbolima . Opisan je razvoj Samsung Gear aplikacije te je razvijen prototipni primjer aplikacije zasnovan na definiranom modelu za pametni sat Samsung Gear S. Na kraju su navedeni problemi s kojima sam se susreo tijekom izrade ovog rada te je dan instalacijski opis programske i sklopovske opreme korištene u radu.

Abstract (english)

This graduate thesis explains wearable computers and the motivation behind their research in the context of developing software solutions for people with complex communication needs. It also defines and describes the symbol-based smartwatch application model, created for users of augmentativ and alternative communication users. There is a description of the development process of the Samsung Gear application and the thesis introduces the application prototype based on the defined model for the Samsung Gear S smartwatch as well. Lastly, there is a rundown of problems I have encountered while working on this thesis, as well as the installation description of the software and hardware used in the process.
