Abstract

Razmatra se sustav pripreme potrošne tople vode u kućanstvu na kojem je instaliran i fotonaponski sustav s baterijskom pohranom. Sustav pripreme potrošne tople vode sastoji se od električnog grijača koji se može uključiti ili isključiti te od spremnika potrošne tople vode koji ima određene toplinske gubitke prema okolini. Pretpostavlja se da je na vremenskoj skali od jednog dana unaprijed predviđen profil potrošnje tople vode, te također proizvodnja fotonaponskog sustava, kao i ostala neupravljiva potrošnja električne energije u kućanstvu. Matematički model sustava za pripremu potrošne tople vode izrađen je u klasi mješovitih logičko-dinamičkih (engl. Mixed Logical Dynamical, MLD) modela. Potom je za izrađeni model definiran optimizacijski problem u klasi mješovitih cjelobrojnih programa za planiranje rada električnog grijača i baterijskog sustava kojim se ostvaruje čim manje povlačenje električne energije iz mreže za kućanstvo na razini jednog dana, uz održavanje temperature vode iznad potrebne minimalne vrijednosti. U programskom jeziku Python izrađeno je korisničko sučelje za zadavanje parametara sustava. Izvedena su predviđanja te analiza dobivenog načina rada u odnosu na standardno histerezno upravljanje grijačem i jednostavno upravljanje baterijskim sustavom. Analizirani su mogući dobitci za rad sustava u nekoliko tipičnih scenarija korištenja.

Abstract (english)

A domestic hot water preparation system is considered, on which a photovoltaic system with battery storage is also installed. The domestic hot water system consists of an electric heater that can be switched on or off and a domestic hot water tank that has certain heat losses to the environment. It is assumed that on a time scale of one day in advance, the profile of hot water consumption, as well as the production of photovoltaic systems, as well as other unmanageable consumption of electricity in the household, are predicted. The mathematical model of the domestic hot water system is made in the class of Mixed Logical Dynamical (MLD) models. Then, for the model, an optimization problem was defined in the class of mixed integer programs for planning the operation of an electric heater and battery system, which achieves as little withdrawal of electricity from the household grid at the level of one day, while maintaining the water temperature above the required minimum value. In the Python programming language, a user interface for setting system parameters has been created. Predictions and analysis of the resulting mode in relation to standard hysteresis control of the heater and simple control of the battery system were performed. Possible gains for the operation of the system are analyzed in several typical usage scenarios.
