Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada je bio napraviti idejni projekt odnosno tehno ekonomsku analizu izgradnje sunčane elektrane na lokaciji u Hrvatskoj. U radu su prvo objašnjeni fizikalni principi pretvorbe Sunčeve energije u električne energiju te osnove o solarnim ćelijama i fotonaponskim sustavima. Zatim su objašnjeni koraci priključenja elektrane na mrežu prema mrežnim pravilima HEP-ODSa te zakonske regulative vezane uz način obračuna i prodaje proizvedene električne energije iz elektrane. Radom su pokriveni i koraci izrade elektrotehničkog projekta i osnovni financijski pojmovi vezani uz ekonomsku analizu projekta. Zadnji dio rada se bavi tehno ekonomskom analizom planirane elektrane u više scenarija ovisno o načinu korištenja kapaciteta krovova i plasiranja proizvedene električne energije. Prvo se daje tehnički opis i karakteristike same elektrane, a kasnije financijska analiza isplativosti projekta. Analiza je pokazala je projekt financijski isplativ, a kao najbolji scenarij se pokazao onaj gdje se elektrana tretira kao kupac vlastitom proizvodnjom sa korištenjem samo djelomičnog kapaciteta krovova odnosno onih južne orijentacije.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this thesis was to make a conceptual project, ie a techno-economic analysis of the construction of a solar power plant at a location in Croatia. The paper first explains the physical principles of converting solar energy into electrical energy, as well as the basics of solar cells and photovoltaic systems. Next, the steps of connecting the power plant to the grid according to the network rules of HEP-ODS and the legal regulations related to the method of calculating and selling the generated electricity from the power plant were explained. The paper also covers the steps of creating an electrical project and basic financial terms related to the economic analysis of the project. The last part of the paper deals with the techno-economic analysis of the planning of the power plant in several scenarios depending on the way of using the capacity of the roofs and marketing the produced electricity. First, the technical description and characteristics of the power plant itself are given, and later the financial analysis of the project's profitability. The analysis showed that the project is financially profitable, and the best scenario turned out to be the one where the power plant is treated as a customer with its own production, using only a partial capacity of the roofs, ie those facing south.
