Abstract

Unutar ovog rada obrađen je razvoj arhitekture mobilnih mreža i glasovnih usluga kroz generacije. Prikazana je struktura modernih mrežnih arhitektura i objašnjena uloga pojedinih entiteta u omogućavanju glasovnih te ostalih naprednih usluga. U radu su nabrojane i objašnjene prednosti i noviteti koje je donijela nova generacija mobilnih mreža. Analizirane su funkcionalnosti i performanse glasovnih usluga putem NR sučelja i 5G mreža (VoNR), analogno svojim prethodnicima iz četvrte generacije mobilnih mreža. Konačno, odrađena je simulacija prijenosa istih čiji su rezultati grafički i tekstualno prikazani.

Abstract (english)

This paper contains the discussion regarding the development of the architecture of mobile networks and voice services through generations. The structure of modern network architectures is presented as well as the role of individual entities in enabling voice and other advanced services. The paper lists and explains the advantages and novelties brought by the new, fifth generation of mobile networks. Functionality and performance of voice services using NR interface and 5G networks (VoNR) were analyzed, with respect to their predecessors from the fourth generation of mobile networks. Finally, a simulation of the aforementioned services was carried out, the results of which are graphically and textually presented.
