Abstract

U ovom radu istražuje se primjena kamere za nadzor prvog sloja tiska kod 3D printera. Prvi sloj tiska je ključan za kvalitetu i preciznost 3D ispisa jer postavlja temelje za ostale slojeve koji će se printati na povrh prvog sloja. Iz tog razloga je vrlo važno osigurati da prvi sloj bude savršeno isprintan. Kamera može biti korisna u ovom procesu jer omogućuje korisniku da prati postupak tiska u realnom vremenu i otkriva probleme kao što su nepravilna adhezija, deformacije i drugi problemi s prvim slojem. U radu se opisuju različite tehnologije koje se koriste za nadzor prilikom 3D ispisa, prednosti i nedostatke svake tehnologije, načini povezivanja kamere s 3D printerom. Pristupa se izradi softverskog alata za nadzor prvog sloja tiska i automatsku korekciju problema. Također, razmotrit će se potencijalna primjena ove tehnologije u industrijskim i drugim okruženjima. Rad će sadržavati izvorne tekstove programa, dobivene rezultate uz potrebna pojašnjenja i korištenu literaturu.

Abstract (english)

In this study, the application of a camera for monitoring the first layer of printing in 3D printers is explored. The first layer of printing is crucial for the quality and accuracy of 3D printing as it sets the foundation for the other layers that will be printed on top of the first layer. For this reason, it is very important to ensure that the first layer is perfectly printed. The camera can be useful in this process as it allows the user to monitor the printing process in real-time and reveals issues such as improper adhesion, deformities, and other problems with the first layer. The paper describes various technologies used for monitoring during 3D printing, the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, ways of connecting the camera with the 3D printer. It approaches the creation of a software tool for monitoring the first layer of printing and automatic problem correction. Also, the potential application of this technology in industrial and other environments will be considered. The paper will include original program texts, obtained results with necessary explanations, and referenced literature.
