Abstract

Na jednom elektroenergetskom postrojenju koji sadrži više sustava sabirnica i potrošača trenutno je izvedena zamkasta struktura mreže s radijalno napojenim vodovima. Svaka sabirnica se može napojiti iz više izvora, najčešće dva ili tri, a trenutno u slučaju ispada nema automatskog povrata napajanja na sabirnice, a time i potrošače. U sklopu rada razmotreno je i implementirano rješenje preklopne automatike tako da se osigura preklop napona u dvije razine. Prva razina je lokalni preklop u pet ključnih točaka povezivanja sabirnica unutar postrojenja te na drugoj razini kaskadni preklop kada je potrebno osigurati napajanje na više sabirnica kako bi se osigurao neometan rad postrojenja i kod ispada. Zadaća preklopne automatike je da prema definiranom primarnom, sekundarnom i/ili tercijarnom napajanju te na temelju položajne signalizacije, prisustva napona, provjere djelovanja zaštita, te na temelju drugih uvjeta, automatski sekvencijalno osigura napajanje vlastite potrošnje elektroenergetskog postrojenja. Posebna zadaća preklopne automatike je i osiguravanje sekvence crnog starta elektroenergetskog postrojenja, uz pomoć dizelskog generatora. S obzirom da se sa sabirnica vlastite potrošnje napajaju i elektromotorni pogoni, za preklop napona potrebna je oprema za kontrolu sinkronizma, kao i oprema koja će dovoljno brzo odraditi preklop, a da elektromotorni pogoni ne izgube napajanje. Sve preklopne automatike trebaju biti međusobno komunikacijski povezane i razmjenjivati informacije te povezane na postojeći SCADA sustav gdje bi se na intuitivan način omogućilo pogonskom osoblju upravljanje preklopom napona.

Abstract (english)

At an electrical power plant that includes multiple bus systems and consumers, a looped network structure with radial feeders is currently implemented. Each bus can be supplied by multiple sources, usually two or three. However, in case of an outage, there is currently no automatic power restoration to the buses and, consequently, to the consumers. As part of the project, a solution for switching automation has been considered and implemented to ensure voltage switching at two levels. The first level involves local switching at five key bus connection points within the plant, while the second level involves cascaded switching when it is necessary to ensure power supply to multiple buses for uninterrupted plant operation during outages. The task of the switching automation system is to automatically sequence the power supply of the plant's internal consumption based on defined primary, secondary, and/or tertiary power sources. This is done using positional signaling, voltage presence, protection system checks, and other conditions. The switching automation system ensures sequential power supply to the plant's own consumption of electrical power. Additionally, it is responsible for enabling the black start sequence of the power plant using a diesel generator. Since the plant's own consumption includes electrical motor drives, equipment for synchronism control and fast switching is required to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the motor drives during voltage switching. All switching automation systems should be interconnected and exchange information. They should be integrated into the existing SCADA system, allowing intuitive control of voltage switching by the operational staff.
