Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je postupak izdvajanja značajki iz audio signala, opisane su značajke spektrogram, melspektrogram i melfrekvencijski kepstralni koeficijenti. Teorijski su obrađene neuronske mreže te su posebno razmotrene konvolucijske neuronske mreže. Predstavljan je model neuronske mreže za klasifikaciju glazbenih žanrova. Model je vrednovan na javno dostupnom skupu podataka te je razmotren učinak stope isključivanja u slojevima za isključivanje na točnost modela. Najtočniji model postigao je točnost 82.03% na testnom skupu podataka.
Abstract (english)
This paper examines the audio signal feature extraction process and explains spectrograms, mel spectrograms and MFCCs. It contains a theoretical explanation of neural networks and more specifically covers convolutional neural networks (CNNs). A music genre classification model is proposed and tested on a publicly available dataset. The impact of the dropout rate of the models' dropout layers on the accuracy of the model is tested. The most accurate model had an test set accuracy of 82.03%.
