Abstract

Elektromiografija je eksperimentalna metoda praćenja rada mišića koja je temeljena na analizi signala koje proizvode mišićna vlakna.
S druge strane, bioimpedancija (BIM) je tehnika procjene mišića temeljena na mjerenju napona nakon što se kroz tkivo propusti izmjenična struja.
Pri mjerenju, koristili su se uređaji Agilent 4294A za mjerenje impedancije te BTS TMJOINT uređaj za površinsku elektromiografiju. Područje frekvencije pri kojem se odvijalo mjerenje je 1 kHz-1 GHz. Mjerenja su se provodila na zdravom mišiću biceps brachii u uvjetima statičke izometričke kontrakcije te tijekom dinamičkih kontrakcija. Usporedno se mjerila bioimpedancija i elektromiografija mišića, a pratile su se promjene u nalazima u uvjetima zasebnog mjerenja te, spomenutog, usporednog.
Rezultati su pokazali da u bioimpedancijska mjerenja elektromiograf ne unosi nikakve smetnje te da su nalazi u oba slučaja, zasebnog i usporednog mjerenja, jednaka, dok kod elektromiografskog nalaza to nije slučaj.
Bioimpedancijski instrument unosi smetnje u sustav pa je zbog toga signal EMG-a zašumljen.

Abstract (english)

Electromyography is an experimental method of monitoring the work of muscles that is based on the analysis of the signal produced by muscle fibers.
On the other hand , bioimpedance ( BIM ) is method that estimates muscle based on the measurement of voltage after injecting electric current in tissue.
For measuring, the Agilent 4294A devices for measuring bioimpedance and BTS TMJOINT device for surface electromyography were used.
The frequencies at which the measurement was conducted are 1 kHz – 1 GHz.
Measurements were carried out on healthy muscle biceps brachii in terms of static isometric contraction and during dynamic contractions .
A comparative measurement of bioimpedance and muscle electromyography showed that the EMG does not disturb bioimpedance measurement , but this is not the case with EMG.
Bioimpedance instrument introduces noise into the EMG signal.
