Abstract

Estimacija SOC-a jedna je od najbitnijih funkcija BMS-a. U ovom radu definira se algoritam za estimaciju SOC-a koji se bazira na dinamičkom odzivu baterije. Pri izradi mjerenja, u bateriju su se slale serija strujnih impulsa te potom mjerio odziv napona. Mjerenja su korištena za estimaciju dinamičkog odziva baterije u obliku prijenosne funkcije. Parametri korišteni pri estimaciji su dominantni pol i pojačanje prijenosne funkcije te početna vrijednost napona. Navedeni parametri korišteni su u algoritmu učenja kako bi se definirala matrica očekivanih vrijednosti za specifičan SOC kao i standardna devijacija pojedinog parametra. Rezultatne matrice korištene su u algoritmu prepoznavanja podijeljenom u dva stadija. U prvom stadiju koristi se OCV metoda u svrhu lokalizacije mjerenja između dva SOC-a. Drugi stadij računa otežanu razliku parametara između mjerenja i dva referentna stanja. Na kraju, koristeći metodu interpolacije, estimiran je SOC mjerenja.

Abstract (english)

State of charge estimation is one of the most crucial functions of a battery management system. In this paper, a method for SOC estimation is presented based on estimating the dynamic response of a battery. A series of current pulses was sent to the battery, and the voltage response was measured. The measurements were used to estimate the dynamic response as a transfer function. The parameters of the transfer function, such as the dominant pole and the function gain were saved as well as the starting voltage. These were later used in a learning algorithm to define a reference matrix containing the expected values of each parameter for a specific SOC as well as its standard deviation. The two resulting matrices are used in a recognition algorithm divided in two steps. The first step uses OCV method to localize the measurement between two reference SOC. The second step uses a calculates a weighted parameter difference between the measurement and two reference SOC. Using an interpolation method and the weighted parameter difference, an SOC is estimated.
