Abstract
Protokol TLS jedan je od najvažnijih protokola za sigurnu komunikaciju putem Interneta. Rad opisuje povijesni razvoj protokola. Navedene su tri verzije i usporedba promjena u svakoj verziji. Detaljno opisan tijek rukovanja i sadržaj poruka. Navedena uloga i sadržaj protokola zapisa i protokola upozorenja. Ukratko opisani i nabrojani kriptografski algoritmi koji se koriste u sklopu protokola. Uključen pregled najčešćih napada na protokol TLS i opis napada ponovnim pregovorom.
Abstract (english)
Protocol TLS is one of the most significant protocols for safe communication via the Internet. This thesis describes the history of the protocol. Three distinct versions are specified and their changes are listed. The handshake protocol and the contents of each message are described in detail. The role and contents of the messages in the record and the alert protocols are also described. The cryptographic algorithms used for record protection are specified and explained briefly. A summary of attacks on TLS is included, along with a detailed description of the TLS renegotiation attack.
