Abstract

U ovom radu prikazan je tijek izrade dvokanalnog pojačala za mjerenje sile pritiska. To je elektronički uređaj na tiskanoj pločici čija je zadaća mjerenje i očitavanje sile pritiska. Opisane su tehničke značajke analognih komponenti zajedno s ključnim pojmovima. Također, opisan je uređaj u cijelosti, kao i električne sheme i pločica. Objašnjen je postupak izrade jednoslojne tiskane pločice te su prikazani rezultati završnog rada koji uključuju samu pločicu i mjerenja vezana za nju.
Mjerni signal se dobiva s Wheatstoneovog mosta na senzoru sile i dovodi na instrumentacijsko pojačalo AD620. Referentna razina pojačala AD620 se namješta pomoću operacijskog pojačala OPA277. Signal se zatim dovodi na niskopropusni Salen-Keyev filtar gornje granične frekvencije 30 Hz te na sustav za akviziciju signala Micro1404-4. Pokazano je da se navedeni sustav može koristiti za vaganje predmeta mase do 1 kg, odnosno mjerenje sila u rasponu od 0 do 10 N.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the process of making a two-channel amplifier for measuring pressure force is presented. Force meter is an electronic device on a printed circuit board whose task is to measure and read the pressure force. The technical characteristics of the analog components are described together with the key terms. Also, the device is described in its entirety, together with the electrical diagram and a circuit board. The process of making single-sided printed circuit board is explained, which include the board itself and the measurements related to it.
The measuring signal is obtained from the Wheatstone bridge of the force sensor and fed to the instrumentation amplifier AD620. The reference level of the AD620 amplifier is set using the OPA277 operational amplifier. The signal is then fed to a low-pass Salen-Key filter with 30 Hz cut-off frequency followed by the Micro1404-4 signal acquisition system. It has been shown that this system can be used for weighing objects up to 1 kg mass, i.e. measuring forces in the range from 0 to 10 N.
