Abstract

Glavni cilj ovog završnog rada bio je istražiti dohvat velike količine podataka iz informacijskog sustava, odnosno kreiranje izvješća u formatima PDF i XLS(X) za studijski primjer baze podataka. Taj je cilj i ostvaren. Ono što je istraženo u ovom radu, iskorišteno je pri izradi informacijskog sustava organizacije odlaska predstavnika FER-a na Elektrijadu.

Rad na samom zadatku bio je podijeljen u dvije faze. Prva faza sastojala se od pronalaženja biblioteka za generiranje PDF, odnosno excel dokumenta koje će podržavati i prikaz dijakritičkih znakova, i kreiranja funkcija koje kao argument primaju dvodimenzionalno polje podataka i na temelju njega generiraju PDF/excel dokument te njihovog testiranja. U drugoj fazi te funkcije su iskorištene za stvaranje izvješća u izradi spomenutog informacijskog sustava u arhitekturi MVC te su napisani potrebni dijelovi (modeli, pogledi i kontroleri) za svako pojedino izvješće.

Abstract (english)

The final cause of this thesis was to research export of large amounts of data from
information system and how to create reports in the formats PDF and XLS(X) for a case
study database. That cause has been achieved. Explored things in this thesis have been used
in making the information system about participation of FER's students in the competition called "Elektrijada".
Work was divided into two phases.

The first phase consisted of finding libraries to generate PDF or Excel document that will support and
display diacritical characters, and creating functions which have 2D array of data as an argument
and their testing.

In the second phase, these functions are used to create reports in making of the mentioned information system
in architecture called MVC and necessary parts (models, views and controllers) were written for each report.
