Abstract

U ovome radu objašnjeni su osnovni epidemiološki modeli podložan-zaražen (engl. Susceptible-infectious model, skraćeno SI model), podložan-zaražen-oporavljen (engl. Susceptible-Infectious-Recovered model, skraćeno SIR model), podložan-zaražen-podložan (engl. Susceptible-Infectious-Susceptible model, skraćeno SIS model) te podložan-zaražen-oporavljen-podložan (engl. Susceptible-Infectious-Recovered-Susceptible model, skraćeno SIRS model). Zatim su za prikaz širenja epidemije korištene mreže jer one efektivno i lako razumljivo prikazuju odnose između pojedinih čvorova. Mreže sam prikazao pomoću slučajnih grafova. Koristio sam Erdös-Renyijeve slučajne grafove s dva parametra: broj čvorova u mreži te vjerojatnost da je između svakog pojedinog para čvorova veza. Nakon generiranja mreže, pomoću nekoliko epidemioloških modela prikazao sam širenje epidemija u mreži.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis the basic epidemiological models (Susceptible-Infectious or SI model, Susceptible-Infectious-Recovered or SIR model, Susceptible-Infectious-Susceptible or SIS model and Susceptible-Infectious-Recovered-Susceptible or SIRS model) are explained. I used networks to show the spread of the epidemic, since they can easily represent relationships between the nodes. The networks were constructed using random graphs. I used Erdös-Renyi random graphs with two parametars: the number of nodes in the network and the probability of a connection between each pair of nodes. After generating the network, I used several epidemiological models to show the spread of epidemics in the network.
