Abstract

Temeljna funkcija elektroenergetskog sustava je isporuka dostatne i kvalitetne količine električne energije potrošačima. Zaštita EES-a (relejna zaštita) ima zadatak otkriti poremećaj u sustavu te ovisno o njegovu karakteru isključiti ga ili samo dojaviti. Sa sve većim zahtjevom kupaca električne energije za minimalnim brojem i trajanjem prekida, u srednjenaponsku gradsku mrežu uvela se uzdužna difirencijalna zaštite. U ovom radu, poseban naglasak je dan na analizu utjecaja povećanja angažirane snage na SN mrežu štićenu uzdužnom diferencijalnom zaštitom i predložena su podešenja nadstrujne i diferencijalne zaštite. Priključenjem i paralelnim pogonom s mrežom, novog izvora električne energije, vođenje pogona distribucijske mreže nalazi se pred novim izazovom. Najznačajnija promjena paralelnog pogona elektrane i mreže je dvosmjerni tok energije potrošnje i energije kvara. Postojeći sustav zaštite u distribucijskoj mreži našao se drukčijim pogonskim uvjetima. U radu je provedena analiza podešenja zaštite i predloženi su zahtjevi na relejni sustav i predložena podešenja na dijelu mreže gdje se priključuje novi distribuirani izvor – geotermalna elektrana Kutnjak.

Abstract (english)

The basic function of the power system is to deliver sufficient quantity and quality of electricity to consumers. Protection of power system (protection relay) has a duty to reveal disorder in the system and depending on his character isolate it or just signalize it. With the increasing demand of electricity customers for a minimum number and duration of interruptions in the medium voltage city network, electric company installed differential protection for feeder lines. In this paper, special emphasis is given to the analysis of the impact of increasing power in the MV network protected with differential protection and proposes setting overcurrent and differential protection. Connection and parallel operation with the system, a new source of electricity, operation management of distribution network is facing new challenges. The most significant change in the parallel operation in power network is two-way flow of energy consumption and energy failure.The current system of protection is found in different operating conditions. In this paper the analysis and protection settings have been proposed in the relay system requirements and proposed settings on the part of the network where it joins the new distributed source - geothermal power plant Kutnjak.
