Abstract

U radu su opisane specifičnosti o kojima treba voditi računa prilikom projektiranja sustava relejne zaštite, te prilikom analiza kvarova, selektivnosti i raspoloživosti zaštitnih uređaja u distribucijskom elektroenergetskom sustavu. Nadalje, u radu je opisana problematika nadstrujne zaštite, važeće norme, propisi i standardi koje vrijede u svijetu, te primjena u Hrvatskoj elektroprivredi, distribucijskom području Elektrolika - Gospić. Detaljno su razrađeni problemi koje je potrebno riješiti za kvalitetnu primjenu selektivnosti sustava električnih zaštita, predočena je metodologija projektiranja sustava relejne zaštite, kao i primjena kriterija selektivnosti pri podešavanju releja nadstrujne zaštite. Predložena je građa ekspertnog sustava iz obrađenog područja znanja. Također je obrađena problematika rada nadstrujnih zaštita u prstenastim distribucijskim mrežama. Prikazan je izbor udešenja strujnih i vremenskih članova, te postupak provjere selektivnosti nadstrujnih releja u prstenastim srednjenaponskim distribucijskim mrežama. Razmatrana su dva postupka za izbor vrijednosti parametara strujne karakteristike releja, pri kojoj se postiže selektivnost, ovisno o: vrijednostima struja kratkog spoja na mjestu ugradnje releja i vrijednosti udešenja kratkospojne zaštite. Prikazane su dvije metode za postizanje selektivnosti, tj. za izbor vremenskog udešenja releja: izravna metoda i metoda vlastitog vremena kontakata releja. Za svako od spomenutih razmatranja date su napomene vezane za mogućnost primjene, kao i prednosti i nedostaci koji se pri tome mogu očekivati. Na kraju, razmatranja su ilustrirana primjerom u kojem je kao podloga korištena realna mreža.

Abstract (english)

This work describes specificity, which should be taken into consideration regarding protection relay system design, fault and selectivity and reliability analysis in distribution networks. Furthermore, this work presents overcurrent protection valid norms, regulations and standards applicable in the world, and the application in Croatian electric power system - Gospic distribution area department. The problems which have to be considered for an efficient application of the protection relays coordination are studied in detail; methods for required protection relay system design are described. Determinations of the relays setting coordination of overcurent protection in the distribution power system are also described. Expert system architecture is given for that knowledge domain. This work also deals with operation of overcurrent protection in weakly meshed distribution networks. Current and time setting and coordination of overcurrent relays are considered in weakly meshed medium voltage networks. Two procedures are analyzed for selection of the coordination current value: one based on the value of current on relay location, and another based on value of instantaneous relay setting. Two methods are applied for time setting and coordination: direct and contact travel. Remarks about possibility of application, as well as expected advantages and shortcomings, are given for each method. Finally, all considerations are supported by an example where data from a real network are used.
