Abstract

U ovom radu je opisan postupak redizajna trenutnog motora koji je u električnoj formuli Vulpes. Simulacije že se proračunavati u programskom alatu MotorCAD. Cilj je kroz simulacije elektromagnetskih pojava dobiti geometriju i nakon toga napraviti termičku i mehaničku provjeru motora i provjeru demagnetizacije magneta. Prilikom procesa dobivanja konačne geometrije, došlo se do nekoliko zadovoljavajućih geometrija, koje se onda uspoređivalo prema ukupnoj masi, duljini, gubicima, efikasnosti i ostalim parametrima.
Na kraju su ostala tri dizajna koja su se nakon konačne usporedbe svela na dva dizajna od kojih svaki ima svoje prednosti i mane. Ovaj rad će poslužiti kao podloga za nastavak projektiranja elektromotora za električnu formulu.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the procedure for redesigning the current electric motor, which is in the electrical formula Vulpes. The simulations will be calculated in the MotorCAD software tool. Through the simulation of electromagnetic phenomena, the object is to obtain geometry and then to perform a thermal and mechanical check of the motor and to verify that magnets will withstand demagnetisation process. During the process of obtaining the final geometry, there were several satisfactory geometries, which were then compared to total mass, length, loss, efficiency and other parameters.In the end, there were three designs that, after final comparison, came out in two designs each with its own advantages and disadvantages. This paper will serve as a basis for the continuation of design of electric motors for electric formula.
