Abstract

U ovom radu osmišljen je i projektiran elektronički pretvornik koji povezuje
baterije i superkondenzatore. Zbog niskih dozvoljenih vrijednosti napona na
superkondenzatorima bilo je potrebno ostvariti sustav za ujednačavanje napona
kao i sustav za nadzor naponskih razina na superkondenzatorima te nadzor
nedozvoljenih stanja. Crtanje električne sheme i projektiranje tiskane pločice se
radilo u programskom okruženju Altium Designer. Naposljetku je u Altiumu
izgenerirana sastavnica za narudžbu komponenti. U programskom okruženju
MATLAB provedene su simulacije elektroničke sheme. Pomoću razvojne pločice
STM32F4 Discovery putem AD pretvorbe omogućeno je mjerenje željenih napona.
Nakon projektiranja tiskane pločice uslijedilo je tiskanje pločice fotopostupkom u
laboratoriju na zavodu te lemljenje. Bilo je potrebno detaljno ispitati realizirani
sustav kao i analizirati sve moguće režime rada sustava koji su opisani u tekstu.

Abstract (english)

An electronic converter that connects lithium-ion batteries and
supercapacitors has been designed in this project. Due to the low allowed voltage
values at supercapacitors it was necessary to build a voltage equalization system
as well as a voltage monitoring system for supercapacitors and supervision of
unauthorized states. Drawing of the electrical scheme and design of the printed
circuit board was made in the Altium Designer programming environment. Finally
Bill of materials was exported as a list of information for ordering components..
Measurement of desired voltages was enabled through AD conversion on
STM32F4 Discovery. After designing of the printed circuit board a PCB was made
with the photo-positive-method in the laboratory and soldering of components. It was necessary to examine realized system as well as to analyze all possible system operation regimens described in the text.
