Abstract

U završnom radu je opisana automatizacija sustava za ispitivanje avionskog električnog stroja primjenom SCADA sustava. Proces automatizacije proveden je primjenom frekvencijskog pretvarača, programabilnog logičkog kontrolera te programskom vizualizacijom procesa.
Prvi dio rada posvećen je sustavu generatora napona za svjećice u malim avionima i SCADA sustavima. Uz opis SCADA sustava prikazana je i potrebna oprema i podrška. Fokus rada temelji se na grafičkim sučeljima za instrumentaciju čovjeka sa strojem gdje su se pokazale osnovne karakteristike tih sučelja te na osnovu tih znanja izradilo sučelje za upravljanje motorom. Program za upravljanje izrađen je u TIA Portalu te je programski kod opisan i dokumentiran.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents an overview on automatization of a system for examining airplane electrical machine using SCADA systems. The automatization process was carried out with the usage of frequency converter, programmable logical controller, and programmable visualization of the process.

The first segment of the paper is dedicated to the voltage generator system for spark plugs in small planes and SCADA system. The equipment and the software that was used for SCADA was also shown in the paper. The focus of the paper is based on graphical interfaces which connect humans with the machines. With the knowledge of the basic characteristic of the interface a special HMI for controlling the motor was made. In TIA Portal a program for controlling and managing the system was thought out and documented.
