Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu su proučeni građa i svojstva akumulatora temeljenih na litiju. Istraženo je koji električni nadomjesni modeli akumulatora postoje i koja su njihova svojstva te je odabran Poboljšani samopopravljivi model (ESC) koji je najprikladniji za implementaciju u ovom diplomskom radu. Istražena su njegova svojstva i objašnjen je postupak određivanja parametara modela. Zatim je istraženo koji algoritmi postoje za procjenu stanja napunjenosti akumulatora te je za implementaciju odabran Kalmanov filtar sa sigma točkama (SPKF). Projektiran je mjerni postav za mjerenja koja su potrebna za postavljanje modela akumulatora i implementaciju SPKF-a. Odabrani algoritam je implementiran na 32-bitni mikrokontroler temeljen na ARM Cortex-M4 jezgri te su prikazani rezultati testova.

Abstract (english)

In this Master thesis the structure and properties of the lithium based accumulators are examined. The properties of the existing equivalent circuit models of the accumulators are reviewed and the enhanced self-correcting (ESC) model is chosen to be implemented in this thesis. The procedure of identifying the parameters of ESC model is also explained. It is investigated which algorithms for state of charge estimation are the best and the Sigma point Kalman filter (SPKF) is chosen to be implemented. There is also the measurement setup developed for the identifying of model parameters and SPKF implementation. SPKF algorithm is implemented on the 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontroller and the test results are shown.
