Abstract

Ovim radom je ostvareno upravljanje laboratorijskom maketom robotske ruke pomoću PLC-a S7-1500 i TIA Portala. Na početku je, na temelju specifikacija makete, izrađena električna, odnosno elektronička shema povezivanja makete i modula PLC-a, na temelju koje je zatim maketa povezana na PLC. Algoritam upravljanja od 2 načina rada; ručnog, gdje se maketom aktivno upravlja preko HMI-a i automatskog, gdje se, upisom lokacije predmeta i cilja, te broja predmeta, prepušta maketi robotske ruke da sama prebaci upisan broj predmeta. Na kraju je razvijeno korisničko sučelje na HMI-u kojim je provodi cjelokupno upravljanje maketom.

Abstract (english)

Main result of this work is control system for laboratory model of robotic arm by PLC S7-1500 and TIA Portal. Electric scheme for connecting the model to PLC was made based on models specifications, and based on that scheme the model was connected to PLC. Control algorithm consists of 2 modes of operation: manual, where the model is actively managed via HMI, and automatic, where, by entering the location of the object and the target and the number of objects, the robotic arm model is left to move given number of items on its own. In the end, a user interface is developed on the HMI, by which the overall control system is carried out.
