Abstract

Sustav upravljanja baterijama mjeri napone svih ćelija baterije te ih štiti od prenapona i podnapona, zabranjujući joj rad izvan sigurnog raspona rada.
U ovom je radu opisan način izrade i princip funkcioniranja BMS-a za električno gof vozilo pomoću LTC 6804 -2 uređaja.
Prikazan je postupak spajanja Arduino mikrokontrolera s LTC-om te je opisan njihov način komunikacije SPI sabirnicom.
Nadalje, urađen je kod kojim se nadziru naponi svih spojenih paralelnih modula.
Na temelju tih napona određeno je prikaz LED indikatora. Indikator prikazuje napon cijelog paketa u koracima od 10%, te pad napona na nekom modulu veći od 0,2 V u odnosnu na modul najvećeg napona.

Abstract (english)

Battery management system measures voltages of the battery cells and protects them from overvoltage and undervoltage, by preventing its work outside the safe working range.
This paper describes the construction and the working principles of BMS designed for electrical golf vehicle by using LTC 6804-2.
The procedure of connecting Arduino microcontroller with LTC is shown, as well as the way of communication using SPI bus.
Further on, code has been made to monitor the voltages of all connected modules.
Based on those voltages, the LTC indicator state is determined. Indicator displays voltage of the whole battery in 10% steps, and indicates which module, when compared to the module of the highest voltage, has the relative voltage lower than 0,2 V.
