Abstract
U ovom radu je razmatrano planiranje razvoja prijenosne mreže za što je korišten izmjenični model. Model je formuliran na dvije razine, donju i gornju. U donjoj razini prikazani su tokovi snaga i čišćenje tržišta, a u gornjoj se odlučuje o optimalnom ulaganju u razvoj mreže. Kako bi se model mogao računalno riješiti uz pomoć KKT uvjeta je sveden na jednu razinu. Konačno, model je primijenjen na testnu mrežu gdje je kroz nekoliko slučajeva pokazano u kojim uvjetima je isplativo investirati u njeno proširenje.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis transmission network planning using AC model was considered. Bilevel model was formed with lower level formulating optimal power flow and market clearing while upper level considered transmission expansion investment decisions. In order to make the model solvable by computer KKT conditions were used to transform it into a single level problem. Finally, the model was applied on a test network where it showed in which cases was it profitable to invest in network expansion.
