Abstract
Web aplikacija za raspoređivanje osoblja u smjene unutar organizacije. U radu je definiran optimizacijski problem i pripadajuća ograničenja, razmatrane su heurističke metode za rješavanje problema. Implementirane su dvije metode: tabu pretraga i pretraga varijabilnog susjedstva. Opisane su web tehnologije, biblioteke i alati korišteni za oblikovanje programske podrške za raspoređivanje osoblja. Objašnjen je način korištenja Ajax tehnologije za implementaciju interaktivnih web aplikacija. Aplikacija korisnicima omogućuje unos zaposlenika, smjena, ograničenja i svih povezanih parametara potrebnih za definiranje problema. Nakon definiranih ograničenja korisnik pokreće heuristiku pomoću koje se dobiva rješenje problema.
Abstract (english)
A web application for scheduling staff in shifts. This paper defines an optimization problem and its associated constraints and considers a number of heuristic methods for problem-solving. Two methods are implemented: Tabu search and Variable neighbourhood search. The paper contains a description of Web technologies, libraries, and tools used in the development of the staff scheduling software. The Ajax technology, used for development of interactive web pages, is described. The application provides the functionality for adding employees, shifts, constraints and associated parameters needed for problem definition. After the constraints are specified, the user starts the heuristic used for problem-solving.
