Abstract

Sigurnosne analize koje se provode u EES-u predstavljaju jednu od temeljnih zadaća suvremenih centara upravljanja. Cilj ovakvih analiza je otkrivanje elemenata čiji ispadi uzrokuju narušavanje postavljenih ograničenja te procjeni težine navedenih elemenata. Narušavanje postavljenih ograničenja odnosi se na tokove snaga kroz elemente mreže i iznose napona u čvorištima. Ako bi, u slučaju narušavanja tih ograničenja, zaštitni uređaji isklopili neke elemente (npr. zbog preopterećenja vodova)moguće je da zbog takvog kaskadnog ispada dođe do raspada EES-a. Analiza ispada omogućava uvid u stanje mreže temeljem čega je moguće poboljšati prijenos električne energije kroz mrežu, npr. dodavanjem ili prekonfiguracijom mreže. Primjenjujući navedeni kriterij prilikom projektiranja novih postrojenja, elektrana ili poboljšanja povezanosti međusobnih čvorova ostvaruje se najpovoljnije rješenje u smislu kvalitete prijenosa električne energije , pri čemu je potrebno imati u vidu i ekonomičnost projektiranja. Sigurnosne analize omogućuju detektiranje kritičnih mjesta koja je potom moguće zaštiti odgovarajućom opremom, au slučaju neplaniranih ispada pružaju unaprijed određeni tijek operacija za najbolje optimalno stanje mreže.

Abstract (english)

The contingency analysis carried out in the power system is one of the main tasks of modern control centers. The aim of such analysis is to discover the elements whose outages cause overload of the set limits and to evaluate the weight of such outages. Violation of set limits refers to the power flows through network elements and to the amount of voltage in the nodes. If, in the case of violations of these restrictions, protection devices tripped some elements (e.g. Due to overload lines) disintegration of the power system is possible because of such cascading failure. Analysis of failure provides an insight into the state of the network on the basis of which is possible to improve the electricity transmission through the network, e.g by adding or reconfiguration of the network. Applying the above criteria when designing new power station, power plants or to improve mutual connection node, achieves the best solution in terms of quality of electricity transmission, where it is necessary to bear in mind the cost-benefits of designing. Contingency analysis allow critical points detection which can be protected with an appropriate equipment, and in the case of unplanned outages provide a predetermined flow of operations for optimal network state.
